Youth Camp: 26-30 July 2023
Our residential youth camp is for children with a bleeding disorder and/or their sibling aged between 9-15 years.
Taking place in Mount Cook Derbyshire, it will be a fun, activity-packed few days and a great chance to make new friends and learn new skills.
The activities will include high ropes, orienteering, archery, climbing wall, water sports, bush craft, zip wire, team challenges and many more!
Volunteer haemophilia nurses and a physiotherapist will also be on hand to provide medical support.
Registering your interest does not guarantee you a place. There are limited spaces available for this camp and we will consider each application carefully before allocating places. Children who have not attended Youth Camp before will be given priority.
Please remember to register each child separately. Parents are not allowed to stay at this event.
We endeavour to accommodate every child who wishes to attend youth camp. However, we cannot offer 1:1 supervision.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept children who have learning, behavioural or social communication needs that would prevent them from participating in age appropriate group activities.
We cannot accept children for youth camp who need planned overnight care/intervention/monitoring, or health care needs that require constant one-to-one support.
If you have any questions or need further information, please contact email@example.com or call 020 7939 0780.
Parents and children must be members of the Haemophilia Society to be able to attend. You will need to add your membership numbers when you register. Please contact us at the number above if you do not have your membership numbers. (This is on your membership cards).
